It took me days of prep to get her ready to go and she was actually a little excited about standing on the scale and getting measured and having her ears looked at etc while we were talking and waiting in the car. My 5 year old daughter is extremely anxious about going to doctors and we have talked with the doctor about the possibility of there even being a more “special needs” issue. To be honest, I don't really want to go back. Rosado is great but last time we went the up-front staff ruined our experience. Oh and one more thing they had no problem calling me back and leaving multiple voicemails and call me multiple times when I had a balance of $80 left on my account funny how when we owe them money they have no problem getting back to us … – showĭr. I spoke to the practice manager at a different location and she apologized but I'm still leaving this review as a reminder of how horrible they treat their clients lately I'm not sure if it will be coming back. Finally after a month of calling leaving voicemails leaving emails I finally spoke to somebody and they told me that the y had no idea what I was talking about and that they would leave a note for the doctor and their practice manager to call me back. I have left multiple voicemails and emails in the patient portal with little to no response about my daughter needing special classes for school. This has everything to do with the medical records department and the front desk, the lack of accountability is truly shameful. If you don't want to have all vaccinations, it's important you make sure your pediatrician will still see your child (my friend had to leave a former pediatrician for ABCD because they refused to see the kiddo unless he was vaccinated). This has nothing to do with doctor rosado he is an amazing doctor and my daughter absolutely loves him. She was able to work with them and pick the vaccinations she wanted to have. One of my mommy friends who didn't want to her kid to have all vaccinations (she wanted to pick and choose what he had) also saw one of the doctors at ABCD. My favorite MD is Kristin Wilke, but we've seen several of the physicians there and they've always made my kids feel right at home. All of the doctors at the Stone Oak location are fantastic. If my kids do need medicine, they know I'm not insured, so they try to give me in-office what they can, and make sure that they write the rx for a generic drug (if available), and let me know roughly what $$ I'll likely be spending. I don't agree with medicating children unless it is absolutely necessary, so they avoid writing prescriptions and offer me alternatives for how I can help keep my kids comfy while ill. What I like most about the doctors at ABCD Pediatrics is that they really listen to what I have to say about my kids when they're sick, my wishes (not medicate if at all possible to avoid), and work with me on solutions and prescriptions (when necessary). Any question I've ever had has been answered quickly and to my satisfaction. Everyone at ABCD has been fantastic, from the receptionist to the doctors to the nurses to the billing department. I switched to them after several bad experiences with my kid's first pediatrician. Hey Tia, they're in the Stone Oak area, but the facility has great pediatricians: ABCD Pediatrics ( ).
